Nate and Amber have been married for over 23 years and have been serving clients in individual business services and together for over 30 years. Together they lead The Boen Team which helps individuals and families purchase, sell, and invest in residential real estate with Counselor Realty. Nate graduated from U of M- Duluth in 1991 and started his real estate career immediately, finding his niche through serving others. Amber graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1993. Amber’s previous experience includes serving corporate security clients through Sonitrol, and with Time Warner Telecom in the communication industry. For the last 16 years Amber has been serving women in the fashion industry providing styling services tailored to each individual client’s needs.
Nate has done thousands of interior and exterior visual inspections on properties. Nate has attended over 800 home inspections with his clients over the course of his 30-year real estate career. The Boen’s ownership of vacation/investment properties over the last 20 years further qualifies them to understand the ins and outs of how to oversee properties. Nate and Amber see the added value of providing an accredited, insured, and bonded service to their clients. That is why they joined The National Home Watch Association.
